Majors Plastics was established in 1953 in Omaha, Nebraska, in the central midwest United States. We are an award-winning, full-service injection molder and contract manufacturer. We are a 100% employee-owned ESOP company. Our multiple facilities in Omaha, Nebraska and Mexico consist of over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution areas. We specialize in a full spectrum of services including custom injection molding, cleanroom molding and over-molding of engineering and commodity grade resins with extensive secondary processing and assembly capabilities. These include manual assembly, laser etching, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, assembly and customized packaging ready for your assembly lines, including “ready for retail” packaging.

Our molding and contract manufacturing services allow you the opportunity to utilize our services and manufacturing lines to reduce your bottom line cost in molding, printing, assembly and packaging. We provide on-site engineering support & product development, design assistance, full-time on-site tool room, mold repair, hot runner maintenance/repair and maintenance support, along with quality assurance support such as First Articles, PPAP, Capability and Process Studies.
